RETURNS
- Photo and note cards: Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not happy with the card(s) you receive, I will refund the cost of the cards (not shipping), OR offer to replace your card purchase with another of similar value at no extra cost to you.
- All other images and etc. sold on this site: 15 day return policy: Please send back returning item and either email reason or include a note with return. I refund 100% of purchase price and initial shipping you paid for. Return shipping price is not refunded to you. Please make your return within 15 days of purchase.

SHIPPING
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. I will also notify you when your order has shipped. If I receive the order (and fulfilled payment) before 3:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) I will ship the same day via Priority Mail. All orders received after 3PM, PST, will be sent out the very next day, Priority Mail.

Google Checkout is preferred, but I will take personal checks or money orders (your order will take longer to process with check or money order; I must recieve the payment and verify it with the bank first before your order is shipped).

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Identifiable information, such as first and last name, address, payment information, is necessary to complete a transaction/purchase from skycapture.ecrater.com. At no time will you receive a request from me for your social security number, or an email demanding things such as a bank account number or SSI number. Keep in mind - I do not have access to your bank account, credit card or debit card. If you pay by Money Order or Personal Check - then I will verify that payment information with my financial institution. Google Checkout is very secure and worthwhile as a trusted payment method.
Any information collected by a sale from one of my products or from my eCrater store - will only be used for the purpose of completing that sale. I do not retain personally identifiable information in my records once a transaction is totally complete. I retain a certain amount of sale information for tax purposes. No personally identifiable information is stored in a portable electronic device; all data is secured at an undisclosed location. Please also see the policies of eCrater and Google Checkout.
